Week Of Event Set Up Times

Black outline: Setup Wednesday 8am-8pm / Thursday 8am-8pm / Friday 7am-11am

Green outline: Setup Thursday 8am-8pm / Friday 7am-11am

Orange outline: Setup Friday Sept 7am-11am

Outside Space: Please Contact for Set Up Times.

**Check in at show office prior to the show**

All exhibitors are encouraged to come Wednesday to avoid congestion.  Any items requiring forklifts, trailers, or other oversized items please contact for specialized set up time. 

Special arrangements may easily be made by contacting show promoters. RV hookups are available through the show office.

Teardown for all exhibitors is as follows:

All exhibitors may begin teardown immediately following the shows closure Sunday at 5pm and continue until 9pm. Teardown continues Monday at 8 am and continues until 12 noon when all exhibitors must be cleared out of the building.
